The Christmas and New Year holiday period is often portrayed as a time of joy, connection, and celebration, but for many, it can be a profoundly challenging time. While sparkling decorations and cheerful music dominate the season, the emotional landscape can be far more complex for individuals facing family tensions, unresolved traumas, or loneliness.
Existential Practice is closed between December 21 and January 13, however you can use this time to focus on you—to prioritize your inner world and give yourself the care and attention you deserve. Please check out my course on Invisible trauma that I have designed to assist individuals with self-awareness and personal development. Perhaps this course can create a stronger foundation for your year ahead.
When my practice reopens in the new year, I’ll be here to support you in continuing this work. Until then, I hope you find the course a valuable companion for reflection, learning, and renewal during this holiday period.
